Description

These Matcha Cheesecake Bites are creamy, rich, and infused with the earthy notes of matcha. With a buttery graham cracker crust and a smooth cheesecake filling, they make a perfect dessert for matcha lovers!


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
  • Beat cream cheese and ½ cup sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then mix in matcha powder and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crusts.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until set.
  • Let cool, chill for at least 2 hours, and serve!

Notes

  • For a stronger matcha flavor, add an extra teaspoon of matcha powder.
